Bertrand Nicolas

Bertrand has been a retained consultant to Balzac REIM since 2017 and is responsible for Project Management. He has 35 years’ experience in construction, development and project management.
Bertrand spent 20 years at Capital & Continental where he was jointly in charge of real estate development. Prior to that he worked for Meeker Spratt and Spie Batignolles.

Bertrand graduated from L’ESTP (Ecole Supérieure des Travaux Publics) with a degree in Construction.
