Pierre Pélabon

Associate and shareholder in Balzac REIM in charge of Fund Management and acting Internal Control and Compliance Officer.
Pierre joined the Company in 2019. He has 30 years experience across all real estate asset classes.
Prior to joining Balzac REIM he advised Private Equity Funds, Family Offices and Institutionals and before that he spent 11 years at Ciloger (AEW) where he opened the Asset Management department managing numerous regulated vehicles inluding OPCIs – SCPIs amounting to 6 billion euros. Before Ciloger he was VP at Archon Group France (Goldman Sachs) and before that in real estate banking.
Pierre is a French national.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Université Paris X.
He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is on the Board of the Conseil Supérieur de l’Institut Français de l’Expertise Immobilière “IFEI” and holds the Accrediation Certificate from the AMF.
